I own and operate Farmstead Cheeses and Wines - two small retail shops in the SF Bay area.
Time is always of the essence when you are a sole proprietor, so like many small business people, I wear many hats, and try to make efficient yet quick choices for many of my business purchases.
I had been thinking about extending my branding through customized entry mats for some time now, but put it off because I perceived the ordering and design process to be complex and time consuming.
I stumbled across Ultimate Mats, sent an inquiry email and received a thorough email reply almost immediately. Sales rep Diane Noles made the process easy, quick, and efficient. A little more than a week after I'd approved the design, the mats were installed in my shops!
My customers noticed the change immediately, and we've been receiving compliments on the mats ever since!
We have since placed an order for four more mats!
